Artifia AI Labs provides AI-powered products built on the Human Engine, including Living Archives, Alma AI Companion, GiGi, USA Route and related websites and applications. Features may change as we improve the platform.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Artifia a limited license to host, process and display it as needed to operate and improve the services you use. You represent that you have the rights to submit that content.

Some features may require payment. Fees, billing cycles and renewal terms will be shown at purchase. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Taxes may apply.

Artifia AI Labs and its licensors own the services, software, branding and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials except as expressly allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artifia AI Labs and its team from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
